Participant Guide

Everything you need to run it right.

A step-by-step guide to registering, tracking, submitting and getting verified — plus exactly what a valid activity looks like.

Step 1

Register & choose your kit

Sign up, pick your milestone goal and build your race pack. Your pack ships in waves from mid-October 2026, in order of registration.

Step 2

Track any activity

Walk or run anywhere, on any route, with any app or GPS watch. It's cumulative — every kilometre in the challenge window counts toward your total.

Step 3

Submit in your Heyrace account

Log in to your Heyrace account and submit whichever way you prefer: upload a screenshot of your activity, or a direct sync with Strava.

Step 4

The Heymetriq™ Engine verifies

Every submission is checked by the Heymetriq™ Engine, which validates each activity against the challenge's parameters and screens for duplicates or edits.

Step 5

Watch your milestones unlock

Your cumulative distance climbs toward each finish line. Reach 36 km, 150 km or 360 km to unlock its finisher title and badge.

Step 6

Earn your rewards

Every milestone reached within the 45-day window earns its badge and finisher entitlements, plus your race kit delivered to your door.

What makes a valid submission

Every submission is screened by the Heymetriq™ Engine to confirm it's genuine. Keep these in mind so yours is approved first time — or just sync with Strava.
